General Summary:
Tucson-based position responsible for leading clients through successful implementations of interfaces from clinical information systems to company’s software products in the healthcare industry.
Essential Job Functions:
qPerforms process reviews via telephone for implementing clients to assess client work process and clinical data from sending system to make recommendations on how to integrate processes and data within company’s software products.
qPrimary contact for discussing clinical integration opportunities with Clients.
qPerforms site-specific consulting and demos with regard to usage and benefits of clinical data integration.
qMakes design recommendations and assists clients in setting up the system to meet their needs (worklist rules definition, Focus studies and reporting).
qWorks with client to remove barriers and obstacles preventing effective system usage.
qResponsible for learning and implementing new software updates and integrating latest software versions into current processes.
qProvides client education and training via telephone (voice and web tools).
qPrepares and manages project plan and monitors timelines throughout the project.
qCoordinates between all team members to ensure successful implementation.
qConducts regular conference calls with sites and prepares status reports.
qAnalyzes data received from client/system to troubleshoot system problems/operation.
qPerforms detailed interface testing at each implementing site to ensure a complete and accurate interface.Works with site and Technical Services on interface issues.
qInterprets clinical data received and educates client on best practice use of the system and data.
qUpdates office internal system.
qOther implementation related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related clinical discipline preferred. A minimum of three years clinical field experience in a healthcare setting and an additional two years experience in Informatics or data analysis required. Project Management experience highly desired. Midas+ experience preferred
Travel Requirements:
Minimum travel not to exceed 10%
