Reporting to the Cost Accounting Manager, areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
• Review and analyze purchase price variance (PPV) and invoice price variance (IPV) on the monthly basis
• Perform Standard Cost updates and cost roll-ups
• Perform costing and review bill of material (BOM) and routing for new part numbers
• Perform month-end activities related to inventory, revenue, account receivable
• Perform physical inventory reconciliations and inventory reporting analysis
• Prepare cost and revenue reporting, variances analysis and gross margin analysis
• Prepare commission and royalty reports
• Responsible for invoicing, collection and cash application
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of general ledger accounting experience, solid knowledge of GAAP
• Semiconductor accounting experience
• Strong system skills.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle 11i
• Proficient in Excel
• Hyperion experience a plus, but not required
• Detail-oriented with ability to verify data, analyze and present
• Self-starter and hands on with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and under pressure to meet deadlines.
