Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree required. Technical capabilities should include problem solving, root cause analysis, mechanical design of rotating equipment, electronics/controls, configuration management, design of experiment, design reviews, validation testing/lab supervision. Experience in electro-magnetics relative to electric motors and generators is required.Project management skills must accommodate leading complex programs from concept to commercialization, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, reporting, with accountability for driving on-time business results. Strong communications skills to effectively work at senior management levels internally within the company and externally with customers are essential in this role.Compensation85K – 120K
