Description:
JOB SUMMARY:

Supports service team with a variety of routine and specialized clerical duties and in-house customer service support duties. Duties include (but not limited to): Answering all customer calls distributing standard and special request reports, maintaining a large centralized file and retrieval system, ordering, receiving and storing supplies, and operating various office equipment machines. Provides professional telephone and receptionist services by greeting, and directing incoming calls. Assists Route Sales Reps (RSRs) by accurately reporting service calls, preparing renewals, and creating presentations and proposals that support the sales/renewal process for current customers. Performs weekly phone reviews with customer base. Work is typically performed within specified deadlines.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Establishes, organizes and maintains locations records and files

- Prepares renewals, welcome packets and letters for RSR's

- Coordinates perfect installs for new customers

- Conducts performance reviews with customers (phone reviews)

- Daily CFIM (process improvement) tracking

- Updates tracking boards, prepares and distributes daily and weekly trends for RSRs

- Utilizes computer system skills to create proposals, trends, renewals and call tracking

- Answers all customer calls, and makes outgoing calls - when needed

- Prepares and distrubutes reports and takes minutes for the board meeting for Zerq (customer resolution board)



EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

- High school diploma, or equivalent



WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of two years of office experience and customer service



SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

- Work requires ability to read, write and speak English well enough to complete assigned tasks and communicate effectively

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel
