One of our most respected clients is currently seeking a clerk to run a high volume copy machine and perform binding and finishing work.
Duties include: general cleaning and light repair of copiers to ensure that copier(s) are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections.
Maintaining records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.
Distributing office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.
Calculating charges for jobs performed and maintaining some billing logs.
Responding to and coordinating all service calls required by company.
Other:
General filing duties in conjunction with specific company requests.
Covering phones for Front Desk Coordinator
