Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000/ Annually

Role: Business Analyst (W/ Data Modeling and Systems Architecture Experience)

Role Description: The Business Analyst (W/ Data Modeling and Systems Architecture Experience) would need to have at least 10 years of experience. This Candidate would independently initiates, identify, and coordinate the analysis of complex client systems and business needs in project areas such as: new business process flows, product development, and application integration. The Business Analyst would lead the Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and facilitate requirements gathering throughout the entire project lifecycle. This Analyst would also identify and document the functional requirements, workflows, information sources, data flows, data mapping, and system specifications.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of business analysis principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
- Knowledge and appreciation of business concepts and requirements as applicable to the health care industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of business research principles, processes, and techniques.
- Ability to develop and prepare business analyses and plans.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Knowledge of the principles of strategic business decision-making.
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
- Consultative and advisory skills.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Healthcare Systems.
- Area of expertise: Healthcare Industry and Large Corporate Environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Experience: Minimum 10 years
