We have an immediate need for a Clinical Systems Specialist - RN JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description: Purpose: Develop, maintain and manage the relationship with Specialty Companies, Health Plans and other Corporate operational departments (customers) to promote Medical Management processes and system integration. Required Skills: 5-7 years of related experience - technical side of systems Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing Licensure: Current state registered nursing license Preferred Skills: Advanced Technical knowledge in clinical systems (CCMS and Amysis preferred) Responsibilities: Work with customers and IT to maintain clinical system performance Collaborate on process and system development for new business, new programs and modifications to existing business and programs Coordinate, direct, and complete test plans for system upgrade Review and add system letters Create and maintain system assessments Monitor, analyze and coordinate resolution of large scale system issues related to member and provider and or auth load issues Collaborate with reporting departments on the design and development of new or revised reports Maintain Medical Management Web page for the Clinical System Management Unit Integrate Nursing knowledge to enhance business optimization and system development Must be highly familiar with Excel usage, Email Ability to travel Location: - St. Louis (Clayton), MO 63105 TAKE ACTION!
