Due to massive expansion and demand for our products we are currently looking for an Embedded C++ Software Engineer with a background in semiconductors. You will be responsible for developing software that operates efficiently in a multitasking, Real Time operating environment. What you will be doing!- Design and develop software modules that interface with C and C++ objects, API's, hardware devices- Develop automated unit tests - Develop technical documentation that describe software use cases, functionality and design- Develop hardware simulation models and automated test scripts to analyze hardware software interactions and timing- Augment the software build process to include automated test execution and reporting- Pair with the Embedded software designers, developers and testers for module development and debuggingWhat you need to have!- 2+ years C and C++- 2+ years developmentwith Microprocessor and Embedded controller with hard Real Time constraints experience- Strong RTOS experience- 2+ years in data communications, Internet Protocol (IP) and related technologies (eg UDP, TCP, SMB, IGMP, MLD, IPv4/v6, MII, Ethernet, MAC, router, switches, bridging)- 2+ years programming hardware devices (eg CPU Architecture, SDRAM Controllers, Cache, NVM, DMA, Interrupt handling)- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Technology or equivalentWhat's in it for you!- Competitive Salary- Comprehensive benefits package- Annual bonus- Fantastic working environment- Great location with a cost of living that makes it possible to have a life outside of work.- Other cool perks!
