We have an immediate need for a Business Analyst JOB DESCRIPTION Skills: Analytical skills, MS Visio, Software Development Lifecycle, Verbal Communication, Written Communication Additional Skills: Experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes, creating process flow diagrams, and requirements traceability matrices. Health insurance industry experience preferred, ie. underwriting or marketing systems. Business Analyst will not need to perform technical duties, but a technical background would be helpful. They will be dealing with Technical teams on a regular basis At least one year of Healthcare Insurance experience Communication skills must be a 10. Will be dealing with multiple user groups Must be a self starter and be able to get results without supervision. Lead BA experience would be helpful. Must have experience with process flow diagramming ("as is" and "to be" process flows) Experience with Visio is an absolute must Any experience with any version of HP Quality Center would be helpful Please note: This is a 3 month++ W2 Hourly contract position TAKE ACTION!
