Our client, one of the largest community-based, not-for-profit healthcare systems in the region is in need of a Clinical Informatics Applications Analyst (CIAA). Successful candidates must be experienced in Cerner PharmNet, along with required licensure (either RN, Rehab, RRT or Pharmacy). Cerner medication process experience is highly preferred.Description:The Clinical Informatics Applications Analyst is responsible for understanding clinical requirements in an operational healthcare setting and translating those requirements into formal specifications for products and services. This includes leveraging capabilities of a clinical information system to re-engineer clinical workflow and drive clinical transformation within an EMR project. The CIAA uses a strong understanding of nursing and/or clinical workflow processes and identifies the impact of a system's functionality on those processes.
