Enclipse is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work at our premier client site in Oakland , CA . This is a contract position with a major medical healthcare provider. The overall goal is to capture and categorize all of the existing applications and business process facilitating the migration of the internal .ORG site to an SOA model. The position will focus on the investigation and analysis of product owner needs and identify similarities ensuring down stream development considers all possible uses when building Web services and business rules. The specifics of this position require a strong business process candidate to interview and document the needs of the product owners. Results of the interviews will need to be analyzed to identify similar business functions and data needs across products. This position will require the ability to extrapolate loose requirements and user stories to mature the business functional model (BFM.) Additionally, this will also require the ability to capture and understand the impacts of future state requirements on Legacy business process and identify impacts to overall SOA design. The client is seeking a candidate to help organize the needs and identify similar business processes and data needs within our products to ensure development efforts implement a broader and more reusable infrastructure. Although this is a business position, the candidate should have a strong technical aptitude and have the ability to document Back End dependencies within the products. The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years experience in: - Process modeling - Workflow analysis - Requirements gathering - Requirements documentation - Large scale migration projects Nice to have: - SOA experience - Agile Experience W2 only Local candidates preferred (no relocation assistance available)
