In this position, you'll have the opportunity to:Diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all PC hardware and equipment, in a primarily Microsoft Windows-based environment to ensure optimal Workstation performanceTroubleshoot hardware and software problems Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems Assess the need for and implement resolution for CPUs, I/O and NIC cards, hard disks, ribbon cables, hard drives, RAM, memory chips and CD-ROMsThe position includes the following qualifications:Excellent technical knowledge of desktop hardware and softwareExcellent technical knowledge of PC internal componentsHands-on hardware troubleshooting experienceA+ Certification not required but a plusAbility to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessoriesEffective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to present ideas in user-friendly languageYou can see it.
