Experience in recyclable materials and processing preferred.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position1. Manage Time for Employees work schedules2. Keep track of Recycling Data for monthly reports3. Maintain a Safety Program for employees4. Maintain Daily Route Schedules5. Maintain good written and verbal skills6. Other duties as assignedSupervisionSupervise Production crews. Ensure schedules are met in compliance with QA plan and daily production routes. Ensure manpower is utilized in accordance with the volume of work. Must have the ability to work with and supervise a multi cultural work force.Minimum QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Graduate or Equivalent. Experience in Recyclable Materials. Knowledgeable in Mechanics and DC Electrical Components. Experience in the Operations and Maintenance of Bailers and Glass Crushers. MSDS Knowledge.Computer SkillsMinimal KnowledgeCertificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance: Class A or B Drivers LicenseChenega Corporation is an EOE. AA/M/F/D/V.
