Description:
Customer Care Associate needed for a great non-profit agency in the Delmar area. Position will include answering inbound phone calls to assist agencies patients with various questions regarding their accounts, data entry of patient information, updating patient information, and writing/disbursing letters. Candidate should possess previous customer service experience (preferably in a medical setting), should possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, and should possess a friendly, proactive, and flexible personality. Additionally, candidates who possess a background working in a back/financial setting is a plus. Candidate should also possess their High School Diploma/GED, and reliable transportation is preferred.
