Description:
Technical Program Manager for engineering and software solutions to critical defense problems.
Seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong technical background in software development or systems engineering. The successful candidate will lead a highly skilled technical team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project budgets and schedules, providing oversight for the technical team, coordinating with personnel in other ARA divisions, managing subcontractors, providing regular status updates to the customer, and ensuring that the program meets or exceeds the customer's expectations.
MUST have a strong technical background in software development or systems engineering.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications
M.S. or higher degree in computer science, engineering, math or a related field
5+ years of program management experience
Experience writing winning proposals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think creatively and analytically
Disciplined and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to obtain DoD security clearance
