Immediate need for support specialist that is interested in a fun working environment, annual commissions and/or bonuses and excellent opportunity for growth.
Keen attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile and expert knowledge in the following software are must for this position: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Windows XP, Outlook, Internet Explorer 6.0, and typing speed of 45wpm or greater.
Duties include but are not limited to being responsible for customer research and investigation, supporting customers with orders and processing purchase orders as wells as quotation. Must be able to manage customer information in CRM database as well as SAP system.
