Looking for a great opportunity to work with an event consulting and management firm?
Graham Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking qualified Registration and Housing Coordinators to support a quaint office of eight located in Old Town Alexandria.
A nice staff and very supportive environment are part of the package!
Must be dependable, able to make a long term commitment, available to work 9am to 5pm w/ occasional overtime, possess solid organizational skills and be committed to excellent customer service.
This is a full-time contract position starting November 2, 2009 running through the end of February 2010.
Must be able to interview immediately!
REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to operate in a very professional fashion and handle down time accordingly
·
Dependability, punctuality and immaculate attention to detail
·
Strong oral and written communication skills
·
Self-starter with ability to take initiative and work well under pressure
·
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and small-office setting
·
Familiarity with MS Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, Word)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·
Processing registration and housing for an annual conference of 3,800 participants
·
Facilitating registration and housing for conference attendees using web-based reservation and registration systems
·
Processing registration applications and hotel reservations
·
Answering incoming calls to the Registration and Housing Office
·
Handling all registration and housing inquiries (US mail, e-mail and phone) and tracking all correspondence
·
Responding to questions about on-line registration and housing policies
·
Maintaining both the registration and housing databases and ensuring their accuracy
