Description:
BS or MS EE Product Engineering is a key engineering position with company-wide exposure. Product Engineering provides an engineer with technical background in all aspects of the manufacturing of ICs. These areas include design, processing, test and manufacturing. Initial responsibilities may include: • Developing new product test programs using state-of-the-art automatic test equipment and workstations. • Working in product teams with design engineer in new product development. • Using design expertise to understand and correct design sensitive yield loss. • Working with process engineers to increase circuit yield. • Analyzing and correcting manufacturing processes in such areas as assembly to reduce costs.
