Description:
Dynamic opportunity to participate in a Retirement Counseling role with Prudential Retirement's Individual Solutions team.
Provide participants/clients with retirement solutions utilizing the Consultative Model for retaining assets and asset consolidation opportunities.
Provide counseling for Plan Participants, specifically with key net flow activities, including asset consolidation, contribution increases, Retirement Readiness concepts and participation in the plan.
Provide Plan Participants with solutions/counseling utilizing the Consultative Model at separation of service and retirement.
Partner with Individual Solution's Client Management team to ensure optimal client experience.
