RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide analytical decision-making support to Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort executive management. Handle multiple project assignments on an ongoing basis that contribute to improvements in Guest Satisfaction, Cast Excellence and/or operational/financial results.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Master’s and/or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering with a focus in Operations Research (min 3.0 GPA)
* Strong analytical modeling skills, including optimization, simulation, and statistical analyses
* Demonstrated project management skills
* Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences
* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to partner with others and deal effectively with multiple priorities and differing points of view in a challenging operational environment.
* Ability and passion for product and providing high value project work
* Demonstrated initiative and drive

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 1-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience with guiding process re-engineering efforts and/or quality engineering/management work
* Experience with optimization problem in transportation and Supply Chain
* Proven strategic thinking skills
