Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for leading members of the Internal Controls Compliance team to perform regular and on-going quick hit audits testing the compliance of controls and adherence to company policies. Provide reporting and audit result to enable Management to take appropriate action and raise awareness of fraud risks. Maintain ongoing partnerships with internal and external partners to share information, review control weaknesses and address immediate concerns or initiatives for future action. Position reports to Manager Fraud Prevention.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or other business-related discipline
* Demonstrated experience leading direct reports
* Experience working in an audit or internal controls capacity
* Proven experience with process re-design and improvement
* Previous experience creating and delivering presentations to all levels of management, including Executives

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* BA
* CFE
* Minimum 3-5 years working in internal control or investigation capacity
* Prior experience conducting investigations or related experience
* Proven knowledge of Parks and Resorts Operations
