Thriving International Company is looking for an Ad Fund Manager:

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervise two persons-accounts receivable and accounts payable specialists, support marketing department on accounting issues, attend weekly marketing conference call, address Ad Fund accounting issues, provide accounting direction and develop procedures required for marketing programs, provide accounting support and research for field marketing director, create budgets by year-end, manage accounts receivable processing, Manage accounts payable processing, cash management, accounting close cycle, close all sub systems and general ledger, ensure that adequate accruals are maintained at period end cut-off in accordance with GAAP, financial reporting-Marketing, create media expense detail reports, Produce rolling forecast reports with cooperation with marketing team, Issue International Ad fund report, highlight potential over-spending issues to management for corrective action, provide period financial statement reports in accordance with GAAP, develop quarterly ad fund consolidation entry, perform period reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, provide quarterly workpaper support for GL balance, provide production fund forecast-Period, ensure that system of internal controls is adequate to safeguard company assets and provide a basis for accurate financial reporting and disclosures, work with external auditors to complete annual ad fund audit, prepare annual budgets for marketing, Work with advertising director to create annual production fund budgets, gather resources from media and print agencies for expenses, generate rolling forecast reports

Requirements:
Related Job/Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as senior accountant/accounting manager or equivalent level of responsibility
At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience
Minimum 6 years total accounting experience
Working knowledge of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
Working knowledge of GAAP
Previous experience with financial forecasting
Previous experience with account analysis and reconciliation’s
Experience with Lawson financial systems a plus
Excellent PC skills including key software (word, excel, etc…)
Excellent communication skills

Educational Requirements:
B.S. Degree with emphasis in accounting
CPA preferred but not required
