Starting salary $Up to $12/hr with previous experience.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
This position is responsible for monthly follow-up on repayment plans in Loss Mitigation. This follow-up includes loan level research, system documentation, and heavy outbound customer contact.
This position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have the ability to complete detailed research, solve problems and effectively communicate with customers, other departments and management. Superior time management skills are required.
Seeking a minimum of 2+ years previous call center/customer service experience with stable work history. Must possess intermediate MS Excel, MS Word, type 35-40 wpm. Previous research, insurance, mortgage experience is preferred
HS diploma or GED is required
