Our client is seeking an experienced and savvy Contract Compliance Manager. This position is based in Houston, TX. Our client is offering a full relocation package. JOB DESCRIPTION The chosen candidate coordinates the global planning and preparation of the annual financial plan process for the outsourcing contract, working with the OSP and our client’s representatives. Provides contract plan information to the Financial Planning/Forecasting team for consolidation into the corporate annual plan process in accordance with corporate guidelines. Monitors the actual OSP billings on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis vs., the agreed annual plan Monitors OSP service credits to ensure alignment with the contractual terms Analysis of financial results vs. the Business case. Produces internal reports as required. Maintains a Cost Allocation model used to capture/allocate Accenture costs at the appropriate business level. This includes working with the OSP to capture and quantify changes to the service delivery model as a consequence of Service Change Requests. Proactively works with the business to ensure transparency of costs and the allocation basis. Works closely with the OSP representatives e.g. Service Management and Commercial team Maintains a close working relationship with the Contract Relationship Manager, Performance Analyst, Customer Account Services (CAS) and Compliance Director. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains a library of contract documentation such as but not limited to original contract, changes orders, calendar of contractual events, etc. Work with the Outsource Provider’s (OSP) representatives and our client’s team: - Ensures appropriate change control protocols are followed as required by the contract, - As required works with the business to assist in the development of change orders; - Coordinates the authorization of service requests with the identified Contract Representatives; - Validates the business case requirements of service change request are accurately captured; BEST INDUSTRY – Civil Engineering BEST DEPARTMENT – Compliance

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in either Accounting or Finance, or related field of experience required. 8 years in Accounting/Finance, knowledge of contract administration preferred. Experience in working in a shared services or outsourcing delivery environment preferred. Project/Program/Change Change Management skills a plus COMPENSATION 75K – 95K
