Description:
A growing non-profit organization is looking for a Grants and Contracts Director to join their stable organization.
Grants and Contract Director will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
In addition, the duties are as follows but not limited to:
- Managing a team of 10+ employees
- Review and interpretation of applications
- Day-to-day Grants and Contracts administration
- Serves as a main liason with Principal Investors and Developers
Requirements:
- 4 year degree
- MBA, CPA or JD
- 5+ years of management experience
- Strong supervisory skills and have managed a med-large group
- System savvy- Lawson is a PLUS
- Excellent communication skills
- Not for profit background preferred
Salary is $100 - $120K DOE with excellent benefits
