Jawood currently has an opportunity for a Technology Specialist. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify capability gaps between Legacy SQL server claims, Data mart and new Oracle claims data mart Identify and document business rules based on underlying SQL, DTS, and store procedures Document business requirements and functional specifications to close identified gaps Other duties may be assigned REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor''s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics, Biostatistics or other related field is required. 2 - 5 years experience working with healthcare data (preferably claims data) 2 - 5 years experience writing SQL queries Solid understanding of healthcare industry Ability to work well in a team-focused environment is a must Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, verbal, and written communication skills to express complex ideas Complex logical reasoning skills Highly accurate and detail orientated Track record of on-time on-budget project completion Experience Hire Power with Jawood!
