Aldridge Electric wants to hire a Civil Construction Estimator experienced in civil estimating for paving projects and small buildings.

This is what you will do.
Prepare accurate bids for projects involving civil (buildings, flat work and structures).
Ensure compliance with general and special conditions of bids including, insurance requirements, minority quotas (both contractor and work force) as well as compliance with applicable codes.
Work closely with administration and marketing to prepare bid submissions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
We need you to have a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
Five or more years of hard bid civil or negotiated estimating experience for small buildings and flat work. Preferably performed the work after winning bids.
Five years experience working with government agencies such as Chicago Department of Transportation, or Illinois Department of Transportation while in a construction company
