Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen; Broad programmatic knowledge of military operations, training, exercises, and civil-military relations.  Uniformed military experience at senior NCO level required; Work and communicate effectively with members of the workgroup and other GPOI programs in a collegial environment.  Be flexible and adaptable to new work challenges.  Ability to meet established priorities and deadlines for the timely delivery of products and services.  Commitment to service, professional growth and development.  Must have good writing skills and leadership skills;  Frequent overseas travel required; Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance.Must be a US Citizen. Duties: Must provide expertise and knowledge regarding field training operations conducted world wide under the United Nations, Regional Organizations and Coalitions.  Specific focus area will be the conduct of situational training exercises (STX- commonly referred to as lanes training) for primarily foreign militaries under the auspices of the Global Peace Operations Initiative (GPOI) Program.  Provide competent leadership and responsible project direction through successful performance of a variety of detailed, diverse elements of project management tasks.  Directs completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.  Recommends and incorporates when directed/approved changes to GPOI STX training documents.  Schedules and assigns duties to subordinates and subcontractors to ensure assignments are completed as directed.  Participates in Action Action Reviews, and when directed writes After Action Review reports/supporting documents.
