Legal Coordinator

As TriNet’s Legal coordinator you will offer administrative help, respond to subpoena and document requests. Research and colaboration between depts. Understanding of technology and systems, support the legal dept in other supporting regulatory efforts, collating papers and documents, Technology skills generate reports out of people soft and oracle. If you enjoy a fast pace, multi-tasking environment this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door into the legal profession
Job Duties:
Ability to work in and add value to a team environment.
Ability to use various software applications
Ability to use business systems and reporting tools.
Ability to make recommendations for and implement process improvements.
Job requirements:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree required
Participating in or completed paralegal educational program preferred
Previous legal office or corporate environment experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio preferred.
