Description:
Company with an extremely fast-paced environment needs some stellar Call Center Representatives to join their team to prepare for the busy holiday season. He/She will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and be responsible for responding to and handling all customer issues. They will be responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies, customer complaints, as well as ensuring the customer is always happy with their experience. The ideal candidate will maintain poise and professionalism regardless of the situation.
Qualifications:
-Ability to work with a sense of urgency and deadlines
-Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Top-notch communication skills-both written and verbal
-Team-player a must -Hardworking and detail-oriented
-Tech savvy-ability to learn computer applications quickly
-Previous call center experience
-High School Diploma required, some college or degree preferred
