AppleOne Staffing, a division of the Act-1 Group, seeks Selling Branch Manager for its Raleigh, NC location. Qualified candidate will be possess a college degree, preferably in Business or Management, will be a proven leader with management experience, a proven track record in a sales role and will have a positive outlook. Incumbent will be responsible for operating an efficient, profitable branch in accordance with the projections, policies and procedures developed by the AppleOne Management Team while also meeting and exceeding personal productivity numbers. Qualified candidate will be responsible for ongoing training and development of all team members; will provide counseling in accordance with Performance Management Guidelines; will provide effective leadership and direction to all team members; will review performance with staff weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually; will develop and maintain a business development strategy and a proactive recruiting campaign. In addition to development of staff and controlling profit and loss expenses, selling branch manager will be responsible for maintaining personal production to include new client development, daily marketing, recruitment and placement of qualified applicants and individual total gross profit.
