The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

Qualifications:

BA Degree in Accounting

Current CPA Certification

10+ Years tax experience in Public Accounting with excellent reviewing skills

Reputable and honest, demonstrates high-level of integrity in day-to-day behavior and actions

Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills

Ability to make appropriate decisions and take action

Takes initiative and is resourceful

Good time management skills

Team player with the ability to build good business/working relationships with clients and co-workers

Conflict management skills

Adaptable and flexible to business needs

Must be energetic and possess drive to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Leadership qualities with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others

PC skills, including accounting software and Microsoft Office

Real estate and construction experience; multi-state, estate, trust or gift tax return experience is desired
