- Ability to communicate directly with clients with little supervision (at deemed appropriate at AA level)
- Contributes to internal and external meetings
* Solid understanding of agency financials
- Job tracking (hours and OOPs)
- Monthly projections
- Billing
* Computer abilities: database, Excel, Word, powerpoint
* Capable of working independently toward project deadlines with limited supervision and maximum accountability where applicable
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
* Strong problem solving skills
* Interest in healthcare/pharma marketing is a necessity
* 1.5+ years experience, preferably account executive level
