Mechanical/Piping Engineer, P.E.- Cleveland, Ohio (11194)Qualifications:  * Seeking Mechanical Piping Engineer with project management experience in all facets of industrial expansions, upgrades, or additions. In particular the candidate should have experience in:  * Designing piping systems and layouts for Power Plants with particular emphasis on Boilers and Baghouses.  * Performing as a Mechanical Piping Engineer to ensure that the final engineering and equipment specifications required for successfully constructing the project are developed on schedule and within budget. In addition, the candidate will be expected to serve as the primary liaison between the client, equipment vendors, engineering firm(s), and contractor(s) from project inception to final completion.  * Developing project scope as it relates to overall cost and schedule.
