No third party submittals US citizen or permanent resident only. Position Description: Sr. Tech Writer/Web Developer to develop online help to support consumer and business peripheral product lines. Responsibilities: Create content in XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript on tight deadlines, while collaborating with Customer Support, Engineering, and other geographically dispersed colleagues Collaborate with editor, Program Manager and other writers Provide help Websites on all supported browsers and in all languages to ensure help compatibility across platforms and browsers Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: 2+ years experience in related field. Expert knowledge of JavaScript, XHTML and CSS Detail oriented Excellent technical writing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in a collaborative environment Skilled in Dreamweaver, Flare, and or RoboHelp Expert ability to work with help systems/developing help systems Familiarity with Macintosh operating systems Knowledge of Content Management Systems BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience and practical knowledge
