Conduct Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) assessments by integrating the individual DOTMLPF solution sets with each other (i.e. training, manning, and equipping solution sets). Develop transition plans for Marine Corps-wide capabilities. Identify critical implementation-related issues and address their resolution. Perform technical tasks, accomplish engineering and analytical assessments, and ensure the quality and content of technical products.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position1. Assist in developing transition implementation plans that integrate Training and Leadership Component Solution Sets with other Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) Solution Sets;2. Conduct detailed analysis of experimental capabilities to determine material and facilities requirements needed to enable the capability;3. Review equipment and facilities requirements, in conjunction with Marine Corps System Command (MCSC) and Installations and Logistics (I&L) representatives, to identify changes required to enable an experimental capability;4. Review current policies (across all components of the DOTMLPF Process) that may impede the establishment of an experimental capability;5. Conduct research on subject policies and develops courses of action to either work within the policy or request a change to policy;6. Consolidate and evaluating material and facilities requirements that result from all the Component Solution Sets;7. Respond to actions/taskers concerning Distributed Operations (DO) equipment, both internal and external to the organization; and8. Other duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.SupervisionMay provide specific task direction to staff but does not have formal supervisory responsibility.Minimum QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Education and/or ExperienceMaster's Degree with 5 years of progressive technical experience or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of progressive technical experience; Position requires an understanding of Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) operations at the Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), Marine Expeditionary Battalion (MEB), and Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) level; Position requires an understanding of joint and service doctrine; Position requires an understanding of the military experimentation process; Must have a working knowledge of the Marine Corps Procurement systemComputer SkillsMust have advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:Secret clearance requiredChenega Corporation is an EOE.
