PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The sales Director assists in the directing of the North America QRM (Quality and Risk Management) sales organization, developing and operationalizing successful sales strategies to achieve maximum profitability, while maximizing revenue growth of license products. Directs the QRM sales force in a defined area.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Manage a team of QRM Account Managers servicing a defined area. This includes but is not limited to coaching, developing, and directing employees, interfacing with customers on escalated issues and/or key sales accounts/opportunities. Interface with field management to set revenue targets/strategy, approve discounts and contract terms for opportunities. Participate in key management meetings where actual versus budget QRM revenue targets are presented and discussed and strategies are developed. Participates in setting the vision and strategies of the North America SAP QRM Sales organization. This includes but is not limited to developing and monitoring specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all products and services.Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction by acting as a liaison between SAP and the customer by resolving complex issues typically not handled by the QRM Account Manager. Colloborates with Field Services and SAP License Sales organizations to plan and devise strategies and resources to maximize revenue and profit
