Field Service Technician / Combustion Control Engineer, Cleveland, Ohio (job# 11430) 5-15 years working technical experience with knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, & electronic control systems for steam boiler operation, start-up / troubleshooting PLCs (programmable logic controller) & PID (proportional-integral-derivative) controls. Familiarity with water tube / plant tube boiler adjustments such as: loop tuning, firing, pressure, & oxygen / flue gas trim. While a Bachelors Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is not required, it would be preferred as would knowledge of IEC61131 standards for LD (ladder logic diagrams), FBD (functional block diagrams), ST (structured text), IL (instruction list), & SFC (sequential function chart) for sequential and parallel control processing. Up to 80% travel is expected throughout North America. You must be personal and professional with exceptional communication skills to assist as needed in sales and customer support for this "no fee" direct (permanent) position with our client.
