Senior Systems Analyst Link Technologies is currently looking for a Senior Systems Analyst for a contract position on a project in Las Vegas, NV. Please apply immediately if you are looking for a great project! Duties: Individual will function as a Senior Systems Analyst/Technical Architect for ACES Case Management System Replacement Project. Required Skills Has thorough knowledge of the standard business process objects provided within the business architecture framework Comprehensive knowledge of Social Service business practices. These areas include: Intake, Case Management, Eligibility and Finance Provides consultative Leadership within Internal Design activities to assist in the design efforts best suited to meet the needs of Development (Onshore-Offshore) with regards to alignment from the FitGap findings. Interacts effectively with all levels of the organization and the ability to collaborate with business unit customers, IT and Management Identifies business needs of customers and stakeholders to determine solutions to business problems Anticipates, quantifies and resolves problems and issues with system requirements focus Exhibits strong facilitation skills, utilizes structured analysis techniques to depict the hierarchy of business functions, processes and sub-processes within an organization Meets deadlines and manages multiple project tasks simultaneously. Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team s service by offering suggestions or direction as a member of the project team. Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Maintains and communicates accurate status of work performed. Desired Skills: Experience with Business Analyst and Project Management methodologies. 7+ years of experience as a Technical Architect working for a large IT consulting firm or a minimum of 7+ years experience working at a senior management level for a public sector agency in the delivery of IT related projects for the Social Security and/or Human Services-based agencies.
