Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Answer or direct inquiries of incoming calls.
- Serves as a key contact to end users or customers.
- Troubleshooting and resolving inquiries.
- Managing orders for customers and ensuring the orders are processed efficiently.
- Excellent data entry skills are needed.
- Taking detailed orders via fax or phone.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
- Prior help desk or call center experience is required.
Location: Strongsville, OH
Hours: Monday – Friday (8am to 5 pm) or (11am to 8pm)
