Establish invoicing requirements by reviewing fixed price, milestone, cost plus fixed fee, or time and materials contracts.
Create supplemental data entries, identifying resources for assignments
Setup complicated rate tables according to the contract including pay rate, bill rate, burden rate and skill sets.
Setup contract budget cost
Setup contract revenue values
Process change orders and extensions
Confirms invoice by comparing invoices to contract requirements; verifying billing and indirect cost rates; verifying compliance with Accounting Standards
Perform Unbilled Analysis and prepare accruals.
Monitor exception reports
Provide support to the sales and operations team.This can require ad hock reports that meet specific needs.
Interface effectively with variety of internal and/or external clients
Perform tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager.
Degree preferred, experience with some college will be accepted.
2 year of contract experience including time and materials, fixed fee,milestone and blended versions
Ability to evaluate and interpret consulting services contracts.
Ability to focus on detail and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to internal and external groups at all professional levels
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office including advanced Eexcel skills
Ability to take initiative and follow through on any given situation
Must be willing and able to balance multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
Adherence to Corporate Policies and Procedures and Initiatives
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to adapt and function effectively in a rapidly changing environment
High degree of resourcefulness a plus
