Want a career you can GROW in? Adecco is looking for a State Registrations Specialist to work at their client in Oriskany, NY. Primarily responsible for this position is state registrations of all products and maintaining electronic and hard copy files in support of these registrations. This will include collecting and copying labels, EPA stamped accepted label copies, CSF’s, MSDS’, 8570-5 Sub-Reg Notices, and addressing envelopes for certified/overnight delivery. Candidate will be responsible for daily conversion of the above information into electronic format and electronic files. The conversion and the maintenance of this database must be accurate. A number of decisions must be made when determining which data are acceptable for conversion. Provides miscellaneous support, i.e., types new and/or amended labels, proofreads, copies, and out going mail. Must submit 16 – 18 registrations per month to meet state deadlines. Candidate must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds and follow all safety policies and procedures. Prefer 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity desired.
