*Asst Technology Case Manager/Customer Service*
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5:00pm
$11-$14hr DOE
Adecco is currently recruiting for top talent to come work for a Durable Medical Equipment Company!
Candidate will posses knowledge of medical billing codes, MS Excel and Word.
Duties: Will be responsible for answering phones and handling customer service calls. Communicating with 3rd party insurance from Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. Will be responsible for ordering equipment and schedule delivery while managing a large case load.
****CLIENTS REQUIRE A NATIONAL BACKGROUND CHECK, AND DRUG TESTING****
Requirements:
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Microsoft Word and Excel
Medical Billing and Coding
Medicare and Medicaid Experience
Private Insurance Experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Education: High School
Experience: At Least 3 Years
