Immediate need for a mortgage booking specialist booker with at least 3 years of experience. Responsible for scheduling loan signing with clients. Review and confirm loan terms with clients (loan program, loan amount, interest rate, payment amount, shortage of funds at close of escrow, impounds, automatic payment, etc.) After the signing is scheduled, the booker will generate documents from Empower and prepare package for shipping.
