Company in LBC is looking for the best customer service and call center representatives to work for their team. Bilingual Spanish and healthcare industry background will make you highly desiresable applicant.
Successful applicants will:
-Have 3 to 5 years of call center (customer resolution)
-Medical experience/healthcare/managed care
-Bilingual Spanish is a must!
-Patient and calm disposition
Summary of the position:
Will be answering high volume of calls from providers/members and will providing excellent customer service to resolve any issues the caller might have. Applicants must have excellent knowledge of MS Word/Excel for documentation purposes.
Be proficient in discussion and execution including, but not limited to the following:
Benefit clarification/eligibility verification/claim status. Medical group/PCP, dental and vision provider assignments. Explanation of how the plan works and how to utilize the services. Assist with information regarding referral or authorization. Change of provider/member information. Any complaints/grievances. Identification card requests. Update new member eligibility on appropriate systems. Perform overrides for covered/authorized prescriptions as needed. Participate as team player by demonstrating support to peers, management, and the departments goals. Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled. Assist with training new employees as needed. Show flexibility in meeting performance objectives consistent with Molina and department objectives. Document all member inquires and complaints in appropriate systems and either handle, redirect, or defer to the appropriate department for resolution.
