Job Description
Lead a team of talented systems administrators and help desk staff to manage COMPANYs internal and external technology infrastructure and workflows.
Provide visibility into COMPANYs internal and external technology infrastructure and collaborate with other managers/leads within the technology department to design solutions to meet new goals and existing expectations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
10+ years of relevant work experience in IT in both small- and large-scale global organizations
7+ years experience with secure high transaction environments and deploying products into existing infrastructures
Proven ability to think strategically and execute, manage and implement large-scale projects

EXPECTATIONS:
1. Motivate, lead and cultivate a team of IT professionals to manage, monitor, and improve the network infrastructure, operational capacity and internal technology workflows of COMPANY.
2. The team you will be managing is held accountable for:
- production sites - hardware, OS, software tuning/optimization
- intranet sites hardware, OS, software
- corporate file systems, email, voip
- network infrastructure
- maintaining a high quality of service to our customers and employees
3. Cultivate and maintain vendor relationships.
4. Partner and collaborate with Senior Engineering Manager to negotiate how the two teams work together to deploy and maintain code and underlying system configuration changes for Kinks staging and production environments.
5. Evaluate current IT infrastructure and work with your team to identify technologies and manage projects designed to improve security, scalability and reliability of the overall environment.
6. Design, develop and implement monitoring metrics to measure performance and availability, and make necessary improvements.
7. Define, maintain and enforce information security policies at COMPANY.
