Job Description:

•Articulate lead the execution of the vision and strategy for the consumer business

•Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the consumer retail business

•Responsible for quality, volume and profit dynamics of the business

•Responsible for business expansion by deepening relationships, identifying cross-sell opportunities and increasing client acquisition

•Prioritize, manager and communicate promotional campaigns and product initiatives

•Implementation, establishment and execution of risk control and loss prevention programs to maintain operational integrity and comply with corporate policies, local and federal laws and regulations while maximizing revenue and profitability.

•Represent the bank in professional, business and community organizations to promote bank services and community relations

•Resolve escalated customer complaints/issues promptly and effectively

•Drive efforts in the branches to identify and implement service behaviors that improve the overall customer experience

•Identify and develop high potentials in order to build bench strength

•Implement programs that recognize, reward and reinforce outstanding performance

•Partner with HR to effectively manage a full range of people management responsibilities including hiring, performance management and compensation.

Requirements:
Requirements

•Minimum of 10 plus years experience in leading and managing high performing sales teams within the financial services industry with a multiple site management experience.

•Proven ability to execute a well defined business plan, drive the integration across products and drive the integration across products and drive results through superior delivery and sales management process.

•Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills including the ability to develop and inspire a team to meet high standards.

•Effective communicator and influencing skills. Ability to influence and establish credibility across the organization and build consensus.

•Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to derive innovative solutions.

•Experience in using technology, processes and communication to improve efficiency

•Must be able to demonstrate strong operational and financial management skills

•General knowledge of all consumer banking products

•Demonstrated success in hiring, recruiting and developing professionals for future bench strength
