We are currently seeking a Flash Technical Group Supervisor.  This role is responsible for managing junior flash development staff while developing superior quality code for their own brands. The Technical Group Supervisor also acts as a resource internally on technical issues, research, and new business opportunities.
 
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
 
·         Creating a variety of multimedia projects (including websites, emails, banners, DVDs, etc.) and developing and reviewing solution architecture and functional specifications.
·         Providing solutions-oriented brainstorming, technical research, and information architecture recommendations and documents.
·         Continually conducting industry research and maintaining a repository of creative technical solutions.
·         Working on pitches and proactively recommending interactive new business opportunities to the brand teams.
