Description:
The Remit One Facilitator (Training LOB Specialist) supports the technical training requirements through facilitation of operations training classes within the National Wholesale Lockbox unit of Receivables Operations. Approximately 80% of the position will include facilitation of functional training classes and 20% will include the development of operations technical training classes. Candidate will be required to: Maintain and submit weekly reports to Management; Recommend and assist with implementation of process improvements to site based on observations and discussions, by partnering with the RemitOne Project team; Create/develop job aids to support process/functional communication and learning; Offer constructive feedback, support, and encouragement to classroom participants; Work in coordination with existing Remit One trainers; and Be prepared to deliver a full spectrum of classes for various levels of the Operations audience. This position is aligned to support the needs of the weekend employees, so weekend hours will be required as needed. In addition, some overlap with second shift may occur as needed.
