We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Generalist to be based in our Reston Virginia Corporate Headquarters. The ideal candidate will have:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or related field
3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist and/or recruiting function; having emphasis in recruiting
Strong interpersonal, communication and interviewing skills
Strong computer skills
Excellent planning and organizational abilities
High energy and ability to multi-task
Assertive and persuasive abilities
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will participate in:
Behavioral interviewing, recommending qualified candidates, and advising hiring managers
Participating in the needs analysis process
Developing sourcing strategies based on position description and locations
Organizing and attending job fairs
Other HR functions, such as performance management, salary planning, employee relations and special projects
Primary Accountabilities will include:
HR Generalist Support to Corporate Staff departments
Leadership of Salary Compensation Processes
Professional Recruiting
Special Projects
